"Beau and his office are amazing! Quick responses. They have been there anytime I have questions or concerns. Their agents have even met me off site if needed. *Edit* Katie is the best agent in Beau's office. I feel bad for her that poor woman is over worked. I was so blown away by the quick responses when I had my car accident back in the spring that I brought my wife's auto and my home and tried to do a bundle with State Farm. Katie did everything to get it together. Unfortunately it took 4 months to get our house moved over. Durring this time it was a lot of back and forth. When I called no.one ever seemed to answer or call back. I even swore someone hung up on me one day. Katie told me they were having issues with the phone lines. This went on for weeks but at a time. We were patient and did everything we were asked. My wife and I never received our Auto policy cards and we're suddenly told last month that they were dropping our Auto policy due to being considered high risk after my wife was added to the policy. Now I know this was not Beau's decision but it's a horrible look for State Farm...it's like I bring you more business things kept getting messed up and then when they got fixed it's like being told they don't want your business. Beau was never available when I had questions. He was my agent for 5 years and I only spoke to him 3 times. If I ever had questions or a problem Katie always took care of me. My mother called in to pay her bill for August because she still has Beau as her agent. She said when Beau picked up the phone he was very rude and told her that they had already had this conversation and her policy was canceled asnof 8-16-19. It wasn't until after my mother finished what she was saying that Beau realized it wasn't me or my wife calling about our Auto policy. It was my mom just wanting to pay her bill. Just plain rude and very unprofessional."
